Setup video coming soon! In the meantime, follow the step-by-step instructions below.
A firm grip is all you need. Cranking them too hard can warp the base and make the tree wobbly due to distortion.
One to hold the tree straight, the other to tighten bolts. Team effort = no tipping, no tantrums.

Remove bolt assembly from floor of the base and insert them into the pockets on each pillar. Press down firmly. Don't worry, they only fit in one way, so you can't muck it up.

Push each quick-release button outwards to release the bolts, then pull the bolts back to make space for the trunk.

Before you start, give the trunk a fresh cut — about 2–3cm off the bottom. Then stand your tree upright in the centre.
While one person holds it steady, give it a little lift and gently drop it so the spikes bite into the trunk. That's your anchor.

Now the second person slides each bolt in so it touches the trunk, then clicks the quick-release button back in to lock it in place.
Once all four bolts are snug, give each one half a turn to firmly grip the trunk. Don't overdo it — firm is enough.

Your tree's ready for a big drink. Fill up the stand — it holds a massive 9.3 litres, so it'll stay hydrated for days. Top it up daily and you're good to go.
When you get your tree home and you're ready to pop it in the stand, saw about 2.5cm off the base of the trunk. This helps open up the tree's vessels so it can drink properly — just like cutting the end off a bunch of flowers.
Your tree can slurp up to 3 litres a day, especially in the first week. So check the water level daily (or rope the kids in for the job!). If the stand ever runs dry, give the base another quick cut again to help it start drinking properly.
Real trees don't love the heat. Avoid placing it near heaters, air con, or in direct sunlight. A nice shady spot in the room will help it stay fresher for longer — think weeks, not days.
